The Inixia platform connects trainers and students through a centralized learning hub. Key challenges included poor website accessibility, difficult navigation between course content and the GBSConnect community, and unclear course communication emails. Master Certificates were issued manually without online verification. CRM data—such as course, badge, and certificate details—was manually updated, leading to errors and inefficiencies. Additionally, targeted marketing email scheduling was difficult within the existing system.
solution
The focus of the solution was to improve the website w.r.t. easy access to course materials and GBS Community by adding shortcuts to Courses, GBSConnect and cohorts in course page, show Popups in course and cohort page with details and link to navgate between course, cohort and GBSConnect, Improve communication emails to users so that the navigation to course materials and GBSConnect directly from the email is achieved. Popups are shown to user upon completion of assessment of the course with link to certifcates and badges. Verifiable Master Certificates are issued to students automatically from the Inixia website upon completion of their 5 P-GBS Courses. Zoho CRM User Contact details such as User enrolled courses, earned badges and certiicates are directly synced within 24 hours to Zoho CRM, thus avoiding the manual upload of these details to CRM. Zoho CRM Social and Campaign features are used for easy creation of segments, review/approval of campaign content and schedule of the targeted campaign.
