We engaged 7 dot 2 IT Consulting to help streamline our CRM processes across both our Alpharetta and Peachtree Corners schools. Their team customized Zoho CRM to suit our admissions and sales workflows, and built connectors to bring in data from our Franchisee Principal’s CRM system. The dashboards and automations they set up have made it easier for our staff to manage leads and follow-ups. There were multiple instances when our main ERP system was out of commission and the Zoho CRM system proved critical for maintain communication with current and prospective clients.
