The legacy ERP system was old technology, and there were no feature enhancement in the legacy ERP. With growing global business of Spectra they needed a new and modern ERP solution that could support their business in future. Spectra wanted to lay a strong systems foundation.

TFAT ERP was implemented covering all the business processes from purchase, inventory management, planning, production, sales, finance, accounts, taxation. In order to have the most efficient implementation a mix of onsite and offsite implementation team structure was deployed. Regualr reviews by Client & 7 dot 2 management team helped to steer the project in the right direction. The cutover from legacy ERP to TFAT ERP was extremely smooth and 3 month post go live support was utilized to shore up user capability in utlizing the system.
